We say the usual mail order 'Please allow up to 28 days for delivery...' but in practice orders usually take about 7-10 days to arrive, depending upon the country of destination.

Long distance deliveries to places like Australia and New Zealand take about three weeks to arrive on average.

All orders are shipped via International Air Mail as standard. Orders can be shipped via 'International Signed For' delivery at a premium - this option gives a tracking number but doesn't give the ability to track the order until it is actually delivered. 

Returns Policy
You should contact us before returning any products to obtain a unique returns number which can be obtained by either telephoning: (+44) 208 123 0425 or by e-mailing:returns@ethosworld.eu. Returned items without a returns number will NOT BE PROCESSED.

When returning products, please ensure that you include your name and address.

Postage costs made by you for returning faulty &/or defective goods will be refunded to you in full.

Postage costs for any other returns back to us, other than faulty goods, are the responsibility of the customer.

Please retain the receipt along with the tracking number in case of any problem. 

Refund Policy
We offer a full refund or replacement service for any faulty &/or damaged goods.

If the goods that you purchase are not what you expected then you may return them to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will make a full 100% refund to you.

Please ensure that they are returned in their ORIGINAL & PRISTINE CONDITION and that they are packed carefully to avoid being damaged in transit. If returned goods arrive in anything other than their original condition this may result in a partial or full deduction from your refund.
